Packing and shipping of our products takes place on the first Friday after an order is placed.
Please bear this in mind when you are placing your order to avoid disappointment.
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

CHRISTMAS PRE-ORDERS
All Christmas soap orders will be available for collection from Monday 30th November. All postal orders placed before Monday 1st December will be posted on Friday 4th December.

Please note: Any orders that contain Christmas Soap Pre-Orders will automatically be on hold until Monday 30th November. If you have items that you would like to recieve sooner, please complete a separate order.

ROYAL MAIL 2nd CLASS – £3.95
This service is not tracked or insured and does not require a signature from the receiver.
Delivery takes approximately 2 – 3 working days from the shipment date. You will recieve and email to notify you when your order has been dispatched.

For larger orders or where tracking and insurance is required, please email us to arrange a delivery by DPD.
This service is fully tracked and insured and requires a signature from the receiver.
Delivery takes approximately 1 – 2 days from shipment date.

Local Pick Up
For the local pick up option, please wait for your email confirmation that your order is complete to ensure that it is ready and that someone is available to prepare your items for collection.

Returns Policy
You are within your rights to cancel any order in writing within 7 working days. If you have received your goods and you wish to return them, please contact us beforehand to arrange. Due to the nature of our products, goods can only be returned if they remain unopened and remain in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds for goods, which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be refunded. Refunds for un-opened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return.

If any problems occur with your shipment (loss/damage) we ask that you contact us so that we can do our best to rectify the matter. If you need any assistance when making your order please contact us on hello@oxendensoaphouse.co.uk and we’ll help you as best we can. We would always advise you to go for the DPD tracked option as this service is fully traceable, and insured.
