Shipping
Packing and shipping of our products takes place on the first Friday after an order is placed.
Please bear this in mind when you are placing your order to avoid disappointment.
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR 2nd CLASS – £4.50
This service is not tracked or insured and requires a signature from the receiver.
Delivery takes approximately 2 – 3 working days from the shipment date which is usually the Friday following your order.

For larger orders or where tracking and insurance is required, please email us to arrange a delivery by DPD.
This service is fully tracked and insured and requires a signature from the receiver.
Delivery takes approximately 1 – 2 days from shipment date.

Local Pick Up
For our local pick up option, please inform us of the date and time that you wish to attend the Soap House to collect your package to ensure that it is ready and that someone is available to prepare your items for collection.

Returns Policy
You are within your rights to cancel any order in writing within 7 working days. If you have received your goods and you wish to return them, please contact us beforehand to arrange. Due to the nature of our products, goods can only be returned if they remain unopened and remain in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds for goods, which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be refunded. Refunds for un-opened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return. 

Shipment problems
If any problems occur with your shipment (loss/damage) we ask that you contact us so that we can do our best to rectify the matter. If you need any assistance when making your order please contact us on hello@oxendensoaphouse.co.uk and we’ll help you as best we can. We would always advise you to go for the DPD tracked option as this service is fully traceable, and insured.
